ABOUT GRAEME JEREMY
I help organisations turn ambitious plans into successful delivery.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked across manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, research and development, and e-commerce environments, leading projects, programmes, operational improvements and capital investments. While the sectors and challenges have varied, the underlying objective has remained remarkably consistent:
Helping organisations move from uncertainty and complexity to clarity, structure and successful execution.
That principle sits at the heart of everything I do today through Jeremy Associates.
The common thread
One of the challenges of having a varied career is that, on paper, it can look like a collection of unrelated experiences, the reality is quite different. Whether I've been supporting a capital investment, leading a transformation programme, improving operational performance or helping a business prepare for growth, the role has always involved the same core challenge:
Creating clarity where uncertainty exists, bringing structure to complex situations, and helping organisations successfully deliver change.
This approach is explored further in my article What high-trust transformation leadership looks like. That's the thread that connects my experience and the reason clients engage me today.
My approach
I don't see myself as a traditional consultant, most organisations already understand their business better than any external adviser ever will. What they often need is an experienced partner who can help connect strategy with execution, provide additional leadership capacity, and bring structure to situations that have become difficult to coordinate internally.
That's why I tend to work closely with leadership teams, operational managers and project stakeholders, embedding myself into the delivery environment rather than operating at arm's length. The objective is always practical progress and sustainable outcomes.
Experience
Over the course of my career, I've held leadership roles across business development, programme delivery, operations and strategic change.
I've worked with organisations ranging from founder-led businesses to multinational enterprises, helping deliver initiatives that span:
This breadth of experience allows me to understand not only how projects are delivered, but why they matter to the wider organisation.

Why Jeremy Associates?
I have spent my career being the person organisations rely on when plans become complicated and execution becomes difficult. I founded Jeremy Associates to provide the kind of support I believe many organisations struggle to access. Experienced, practical leadership that bridges the gap between strategic ambition and successful delivery. This gap between ambition and execution is a theme I explore in Improving Business Execution: Why Delivery Fails Long Before It Starts.
Not a large consulting team, generic recommendations, or off-the-shelf frameworks. Just focused, hands-on support tailored to the challenge at hand.
That model allows me to work closely with clients, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and remain accountable for outcomes.
Outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy sailing, travelling and spending time with my family. These interests provide a welcome contrast to the pace and complexity of professional life, while continuing to fuel my curiosity, problem-solving and sense of adventure.
